Found Simon’s website on Google and thought he was going to be the typical agent however to my surprise he was very professional. He provided insight on properties where HOA could be an issue, did all paperwork through online system allowing the flexibility to review and sign contracts from my smartphone, negotiated with sellers and provided guidance when we had lender issues, setup appointments to show us properties, and was flexible to travel to various areas in LA (all the way to Valencia) just to name a few things. On the rebate, he was very honest and up front with us (which I would expect from agents with high level of integrity) hence he exceeded our expectations!
