This is an honest business. When you pay $299, Simon will put it on correct MLS with all the details you want. And he’s quick at getting you online, like in 30 minutes. He also talks to you on the phone when needed. You can hire him for his other service packages if you see you need more help. Before listing with Simon, I signed up with the for sale by owner, MLS listing company that advertised $99 on the internet. They were a scam. Took my money, asked for more money if I wanted it in the correct MLS! I was shocked when They refused to put it in my local MLS, and chose an MLS 80 miles away, unless I paid them more money. They deliberately sabotaged my MLS listing because I wouldn’t give them more money, By putting in the wrong sale price, wrong buyer’s agent commission (they put 1.9%, now that’s not going to encourage agents to bring buyers), only put up 1 Photo when I had given them 25 photos. Did not write in school district. No phone number to call for help. Highly recommend Simon. He is the real deal.
