Simon was very helpful in helping me with the home-buying process, which closed on 12/5/17. I met him during a house tour that I did not end up purchasing, and during that visit, he became my agent. With him helping me, searching and buying a house, at most, took less than two months, and was a relatively-stress free experience. The actual process of getting the home was pretty simple and straightforward. If I had any questions, he was quick to answer and explain. He made sure to keep me in the loop about any happenings, and even though the transfer of keys happened a few days late, the onus was on the lender in our situation. He is thorough, vigilant, and always on time for meetings. He made the home buying process simple and easy to understand, and I have no problem using his realty again or recommending him to my friends.
