From my buying experience I assumed that all agents were just out for a buck at all cost but when it came time to sell, Simon’s flat fee service saved me quite a bit of money. He also addressed my concerns promptly and kept me up to speed on everything that was happening. I think his is a great way to do business because it takes out the question of wether your agent is working for you or for them self.
