I just closed escrow on my million dollar home in Playa Vista in March, 2007. It had been on the market since June, 2006. I wanted to be an active participant in the selling process by showing my own property and holding my own open houses. The Buyer’s salesperson/agent complimented Simon on his great service, professional demeanor and keeping his eye out for me, his client. The entire experience rates an A+ with me. I highly recommend Simon Mills and the Mills Realty way of selling homes. It saved me thousands and was very satisfactory overall!
