Simon is an awesome broker! Where the market place is filled with all types of agents and brokers – from slimy to ignorant ( in the real-estate field I mean). Simon is in its own category. He is fast, professional, effective and personable. He gives you the space to make your own decisions and really helps along the way. You really look forward speaking with him, and if things don’t go well, he always has something to say that is positive and never, ever does he get angry at you, or the situation. You feel like you are a VIP. Last but by no mean least; is that I saved thousands of dollars when I sold this house with him. Because he charges me so much less than ANY other broker. I almost forgot to say : the last time I bought a house with him I got thousands of dollars back, as he gives you (percentage) points back from his commission. So you end up with money, real money, back! If 1st class was available in the Real Estate field he would be the Vice president of 1st Class.
