At first, I was skeptical about Simon’s hybrid approach to selling a home but I felt that if I didn’t give it a try I’d be leaving a whole lot on the table. I am very very happy I made the decision to use Simon. If you’re willing to put a bit of effort into selling your home you can save a huge amount. In my case, I saved nearly $20,000 in agent commissions and was able to get into contract within weeks of listing. Most of the potential buyers who came to see the house, came without their agents and had seen the house online. I’m convinced online exposure sells a home, not agents. As owners, we are in the best position to show the house, we know about it, how it works, its’ best and worst points. We are not, however, in the best position to get all of the paperwork completed and usher the sales process through. This is where Simon shines. He was absolutely attentive in the process and really came through on his end of the deal. I would not hesitate to use Simon again and I hope some of the homeowners out there will do yourselves a favor and do the same.
