I think Mr. Mills is excellent. I sold a house with him and I am very happy with the process. He does not put pressure on you to do things, he is relaxed which helps me. I saved lots of money because his commission is so low. He is very responsive to text, email, and phone calls. I conducted my own open houses which was a good experience.
