Simon was very responsive (e-mailing or calling us back in the night whenever we sent questions). He advised us and helped us save money throughout (looking over our photos, telling us not to get professional ones since our condo was so small). He also helped discuss staging and other tips on open houses. We had an offer on our condo 4-5 days after listing and were closed a little over 30 days later. We also got over asking on the unit.
