There are no words to describe the time and effort Simon put into the sale of our house. He was patient and ernest in the sale of our home. After several loans failed to fund we finally got a solid buyer and Simon made sure escrow and the necessary inspections and other activites were done quickly and thoroughly. Simon will my realtor for the next home I buy or sell (great for us and alot work for him):)
