I was the trustee of my parent’s house in Palos Verdes Estates and I interviewed several local real estate agents before deciding to hire Simon. My experience taught me that most agents are pushy, salespeople who really seem to have only their own interests at heart. Immediately Simon seemed different and he was! Simon is on your side and he will negotiate on your behalf in a very smart and logical manner. He is very easy to work with and does a fabulous job executing all paperwork. The house was on the market only about 8 days before we had four offers. Simon handled everything like a pro. I agree with the previous reviewer’s opinions. He is the best!
