Simon Mills Realty gave us outstanding service on the purchase of our condominium. Simon made several trips to show us, and at other times our daughter, units that we were interested in. We were buying long distance (from Illinois) and Simon made that work well. We didn’t check anything on negotiation skills above because negotiation wasn’t really necessary in our case. Simon wisely advised us that the listing price was reasonable and since we really wanted the unit, it would be best not to nit-pick the price. His advice turned out to be solid; there were several other offers on the property but we got it! Simon also saved us $2,700 on commissions.
