I found Simon’s website when I was looking for a a neutral party to facilitate what I thought was a done deal between us and our landlord. I was impressed by the fact that Simon had so many ways to accommodate his client’s needs with an array of deal options. His website struck me as that of a very forward thinking individual and of one who was ready to take on any sort of real estate transaction. When our landlord flipped on us and tried to renig on our verbal contract, Simon stepped in on our behalf to remove the emotion from the transaction. While we were under threat of eviction, he managed to reason with a very unreasonable seller and he also helped us to keep our own emotions in check. I don’t know how we would have ever comes to terms with this erratic person were it not for Simon. He was the calm in the storm. Though we know that our small sale was among his most modest commissions, he never once made us feel like anything less than his biggest priority. The level of commitment he showed to us daily truly made us feel like we were his only clients. You simply can’t have better real estate representation than Simon Mills.
