I’ve been buying and selling real estate for years, both as an individual, and as a part of the construction company, and this is the first time that I can rate my experience with a real estate agent as 100% positive. I didn’t need a full service realtor for this transaction, and the service Simon’s firm provides were ideally suited for my needs, though in the beginning they sounded too good to be true. Simon provides excellent client service, responds immediately to every question (!!!), and communicates in a highly competent and straightforward manner – all of which is a precious rarity in this business. Very highly recommended!
