I was SO impressed with Simon. I initially chose to work with Simon because of the buyer’s rebate. The rebate is a giant help now that we have a house to move into, but I’ve since realized that there are a lot of great reasons to work with Simon. He’s just fabulous!! He is prompt and professional, efficient, knowledgeable, an awesome negotiator, helpful, quick to return email and phone calls, always available to answer questions, hard working, thorough, and mindful of his clients needs.
