I would recommend Simon to anyone selling or buying. We just recently sold a house that we bought with Simon 10 years ago. Every time we go through the process I always think how lucky we are to have him on our side. He is knowledgeable, patient and always answers the phone. He knows when something is important and when it doesn’t require attention. We have all been recommended realtors. Someone just recommended their Grandmother’s, cousin’s daughter to me. No thank you. You need someone that has experience and can guide you through the process with a sensible level headedness.
