In my decades of being an Investor with hundreds of transactions consummated, it was refreshing to finally meet someone who could conduct a real estate transaction with the level of integrity and professionalism Simon displayed. He conducted himself based on facts, objectively, and ensured the intent of the Seller was effectively represented. Once in contract, he implemented failsafes to effectuate the timelines of the Residential Purchase Agreement were followed to closure.
