Simon offers a great service and big savings. He charges so little that some may be suspicious. But Simon is very professional and sharp. My family has worked with him on two home sales and we’ve also shopped for houses and made offers. He delivers great customer service at a fraction of the price. You do have to host your open house and do some of the legwork when shopping for a house, but it’s worth it. The pay off is keeping a lot more money in your pocket. If I need an agent in the future, I will use him again.
