I personally love Simon’s service. I used a traditional agent to sell a house I bought as an investment and the Realtor, who basically did nothing but put the house on the MLS, ate all of my profits…$12,000 for just HIS 1/2. You see it is the person who is buying the house that comes with a buyers agent and it is that agent that does all the work and makes the sale. The selling agent sticks a sign in the yard and lists the house on the MLS. The next house I sold I used Simon’s service and I was sooo happy!!! His customer service and availability far exceeds his price tag. He is very professional and I got top dollar for my house and saved $18,000!!! I will use Simon for all future transactions and recommend him highly.
