Simon Mills is a new kind of broker. Yes, he’s a “discount” or “reduced commission” broker (.75% + $500), and that part is new. But he’s also new in that he’s RARE. He’s expertly knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, accountable, dependable, communicative, kind, and funny, all WHILE saving you almost 1.75% based on the usual 2.5% commission (He saved me exactly $10,162.50). By contrast, “LA real-estate-agents-that-suck” are so prevalent they should band together with a website and t-shirts. I’ve experienced many of them (and fired a couple) as a buyer, and even dealt with one of them as a seller. Simon rises right above the fray and pretense, and gets the job done – providing regular updates, modern communication strategies, supportive decision making, and follow-through on every action promised. Get him because he’s one of the best agents out there – and then save some money by default.
