In looking thru my records I noted that the listing was given to you on March 1st, 2008 and that the first offer came in on 3/7/08 the second on 3/13/08 and the third offer came on 3/21/08. After a few counters this was accepted and it was to close about April 24, 2008. After all of the lending problems that occurred with the buyers you were stedfast and very informative.
