Simon was an excellent realtor. He was always readily available. He gave excellent advice. He fulfilled all the expectations I had for my realtor and played a large part in my being able to sell my home at the price I wanted, in a time frame which was desirable. All of this done at an incredibly reasonable price, relative to the typical 2.5-3% fee exacted by most seller’s agents. My expectation is that his business model, and discounted fees will be the future trend in real estate transactions. When consumers realize that they don’t have to pay 5-6% fees to sell their homes, but enjoy the same MLS exposure as those who do; it will be a pleasant eye opener.
