My wife and I were both first time buyers with very minimum experience about home purchase process. After weeks of going through multiple website searches and going to open houses, we got more overwhelmed than ever. One night I went through Zillow’s 5 star agents and found Simon and went through all the reviews from other buyers/sellers and I was impressed with all the good reviews. I emailed him at 12AM! and next day we met each other and started our home hunting process. It took us about 7 months to find the ideal house that we were looking for. In this time period due to our financial situation, we had to change the original location and price targets few times and Simon was great accommodating all those changes and guiding us to find the right place. He is Excellent with communication and responsiveness. Most of our communication was done via email, text messages and phone calls which if there was any delays in answering it was from my side and not him. We did all the documentation signatures via DocuSign with him which was very time saver for us. He was very knowledgeable about the locations we were looking which helped us to find the right spot. We searched for properties in Burbank, Sun Valley, Glendale and Granada Hills and he was very familiar with each of those places and walked us through the pros and cons of each location. During the house visits, he would give us his honest opinion and point out the realities about each place. It was an absolute pleasure to have Simon as our agent. Buying a home in this competitive market is very challenging and for us it was sometimes truly heart breaking and depressing. But Simon was able to keep our morals up and help us to get to closer to our dream place. I am sure this was a start to our many more experiences with Simon either for me or for all my friends and families that I am referring Simon.
