Simon is a very rare find: He is professional, knowledgable, helpful, straightforward, and responsive, and yet charges below the industry standard for his services. This man deserves to have his business busting at the seams and I truly hope this is so. I can’t think of any reason why I wouldn’t use him for all my real estate needs for as long as he’s in business, and I’m sure that anyone who uses him will feel the same. Can’t recommend him enough.
