Through his negotiations we ended up getting top dollar for this home at $1,780,000. He saved us at least $40,000 in commission, not to mention the extra $68,000 we gained in negotiations on the final sales price. Along the way, over several months, there were many tremendous obstacles having to do with an attorney buyer who appeared to be well qualified on paper, but played games, stalled and revealed himself as a person without integrity, honesty or ethics who delayed the sale. Once we reached the same conclusion about the first buyer, Simon Mills found another buyer who quickly consummated the sale and escrow smoothly within days.
