Simon Mills was a huge help! Finding a home was not an easy job, but Simon made it stress-free. He was so reassuring, remained very positive and provided sound advice throughout the process. We searched for about 5 months, seeing numerous houses. As a first-time home buyer, I was not sure what to expect, the good/bad, the pros/cons, etc., and Simon was always so candid and provided his own perspective of different aspects of each home that he thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what he knew about me and my husband. Simon was honest, realistic and very professional. I truly appreciated his input and relied on it.
