Pay At Closing Guidelines:
We set the price and lower the price as agreed to in writing at the time of the listing.
You forfeit the option to sell the home on your own through marketing to unrepresented buyers.
We list in 6-month increments. There is a $195 fee to withdraw your listing prior to the expiration of the listing.
The marketing and support levels are the same for both models.
