- A Mills Realty agent will contact you and explain the process in detail. We will then initiate a property search using the criteria you give us. This search will update and you will receive an email up to once per day with any new listing or changes to existing listings that match your search criteria.
- When you find a property you like we will set an appointment for you to view the property. You will also have access to view properties through open houses and broker tours.
- Once you have found a property that you want to purchase we handle the contractual process and fight to get you the best possible terms.
- When your offer is accepted we will be with you every step of the way until closing and beyond.
