You can then drive-by these properties and narrow them down to the ones you want to see. We will set the appointments and get your access either with the seller or one of our buyer agents. When you have decided on the right property we will negotiate the purchase contract and get you the best deal possible. Once your offer is accepted we walk hand and hand with you through the close of escrow advising you every step of the way.
